About the walkTessa's running club, based in Pendle. A club that takes runners of every pace and turns them into people who attempt things like this.
Visit Trawden ACMountain rescue is there on the worst night of somebody's life, for free, staffed entirely by volunteers who leave their beds to go and find a stranger. Sixty miles is a small thing to give back.
A valley turning out for one of its own, and for the team that turns out for all of us.
Sixty miles is a long way to ask of a body. Watching someone do it changes what you think is possible.
